It has really strong burst. With that being said my top 3 picks for highest DPS when played properly are Barrage Artillerist, Igniter Sorc, and Empress Arcana. My personal pick being Arty due to the massive amount of push-immunity allowing you to greed entire rotations where most classes would have to reposition or dodge. 8.
